Defencibility

What is defencibility?

Defencibility is used by insurance companies as an aid to employers in order to reduce the potential for employees, contractors, members of the public etc. who proceed to claim compensation for negligence through 'No win - No Fee' solicitors. more info

In the criminal and civil courts, tribunals etc. the employer must prove that his/her actions was deemed as 'reasonable' and the health and safety and welfare of all persons involved was not down to the companys negligence but the individual(s).
